The Pearl Museum Director, Matsuzuki Kiyoshiro, has published a new book entitled "Pearl Fishing in the Library."
This is a book guide that digs up descriptions of pearls from literature from all over the world, past and present.
The books featured range from "Atharva Veda," "Manchuria Chronicle," and "Tales of Now and Then" to "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea," "The Pearl Lady," and "The Voyage of Prince Takaoka." This is a collection of 57 essays in total.
